This is a muscle recovery tool. A compliant muscle reacts properly when put to use. A non-compliant muscle does not. This tool will help to improve function and restore the intergrity of the muscular system.
Basic muscle hygiene
- Hydrate properly with H20
- Pre & post stretching
- Myo-blade / Foam roll/ Stick
- Massage / Chiropractic / Rolfing
- Ice (20 min on, 20 min off)
Basic Myo-blade technique:
Take long, controlled strokes through the muscle, with a blade angle approximately 70 degrees angled to the skin. Scan through the muscle one direction at a time until you feel the muscle grating or popping. Repeat strokes over area until it starts to fade away and feel better. You can't get rid of it all in one sitting. A topical oil or balm is recommended. If you are involved in athletics, you will feel the difference immediately.
